The Administrator makes every effort to ensure respect for your privacy and protection of personal data provided when using the Website, including making purchases within the Store, and for this purpose takes all necessary actions.

The purpose and scope of data processed by the Administrator results from actions taken by Website users, including Store customers.

What personal data can we collect?

Data processed under contracts with the above entities are not used to identify users. Data obtained using cookies are transferred to the above-mentioned entities only if the user consents.

By completing the payment form for ordered products, the customer may additionally agree by checking the appropriate box for:
a) processing of personal data in the form of an email address by Multioutlet Sp. z OO, with its registered office in Świnoujście 72-600, ul. Wyspiański 34B in order to complete a survey with an opinion on the purchased product / transaction made in the Multioutlet.com.pl store and placing it on the Store's website. The above consent is voluntary and may be revoked at any time in the details of the order;
b) to provide personal data, including e-mail address and information about the purchase / transaction carried out in the Multioutlet.com.pl store, to the following entities:

III. Other data collected by the Website.

By checking the appropriate box, the Website User may agree to receive the e-mail newsletter and / or sms newsletter. Expressing the above consent is tantamount to consenting to the processing of personal data by Multioutlet Sp. z o.o, in order to implement direct marketing of own products and to send to the provided e-mail address and / or telephone number by electronic means and / or using telecommunications terminal equipment, commercial information specified in the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of services by electronic means from Multioutlet Sp. z OO, with its registered office in Świnoujście 72-600, ul. As part of the agreement between the US and the European Commission, the latter has established an adequate level of data protection for companies that have a Privacy Shield certificate.

Social Tools. On our website, in addition to the Facobbok and Google plugins, we use other plugins and other social tools shared by social networking sites such as Twitter, Instagram.

By displaying our site containing such a plugin, your browser will establish a direct connection to the servers of the administrators of social networking sites (service providers). The content of the plugin is transmitted by the respective service provider directly to your browser and integrated with the website.
